Hello,

I am Aletta, I am a lover of all things outdoors, adventure and sport. Currently living in Adelaide with my husband, but started life in Brisbane with a short stint as a child in regional WA. Over the years I have competed in many sports from Gymnastics, BMX Racing, Swimming, Sailing, Hiking and my current obsession Downhill Mountain Biking.

I began my studies in Remedial Massage in 2015, where I graduated and began a volunteer position with the Adelaide 36ers and Adelaide Lightning.

From here a worked with the Adelaide Crows, through 2016-18 not only as a massage therapist but as sports trainer. Traveling with the team to games across Australia.

In 2019, I wanted to continue to learn so I went back to University and studied the Bachelor in Health Science (major in Health Promotion). Here I learnt about many different factors that effect peoples basic access to health care, and has increased my awareness and knowledge for those who come to see me. I also completed my study for Mat and Reformer Pilates.

2023 saw me take a part-time role mobile massaging, and head to Olympic Dam as a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, where I was involved with developing and implementing wellness programs for the resident FIFO staff. I then took a big step underground!!!!! I became an underground truck driver, WOW I loved underground and have called this my second home. While I also continued to study and complete the Graduate Diploma in Environmental Health Practice.

To now 10 years later, my own space, working to provide treatments to new and old clients. To make people feel supported, relaxed and provide a warm environment where massage is apart of your everyday.
